Hello fellow students and teachers! Hello world!
Today is my first day as a Graphic design student and I am very exited for what I can expect from this course. I hope I can keep up with my class, and I am ready to learn new skills.
My name is Iselin, and I am 27 years old. I am a mom of three, and I live with them and their father in a house that we renovated a couple of years ago. I love fashion, fitness, family and photo. I use a lot of my spare time on social media, and I “work” as an influencer on Instagram.
Last year I took the Digital Marketing course on Noroff, and I want to expand this year. I want to have the best chances I can to get a job when I am done with my studies. I am not 100% sure yet on what exactly I want to work with, but I hope I will see things clearer as I get to learn more. My goal is to find a job that I can work with from home for the most part. We live on the country side, and there are not much to choose from around where I live.
Some years ago I used to write a personal blog, and I did a lot of the design work (like html and header making) my self on it, but since it is some years ago, I need some refreshing. I have never been any professional on this subject, but I am not totally blank either.
Anyways, I am really looking forward to this course, and I am ready for new challenges.

I was asked to make a self portrait that was not a photograph. After some thinking I found out that I wanted to make a portrait with things that describe me and that inspire me.
I took a photo of my self and printed it out. I draw the lines of my face on a paper and cut it out. I looked in different magazines, and I found pictures and word that I found fitting for my own self portrait.
This was a fun task, and I am pretty happy with the result.
